National-day-Week Complain Basically the Same as that of the Corresponding Period of Last Year The Focus of Complain Is the Quality Problems of Food, Telecom and IT
From Oct.1 to Oct.7, Consumer Center hot line 12315 received 382 complains, 11 appeals and 44 reports and the total number is 437, basically the same as that of corresponding period of last year. During the gold-week, the hot line received 10 complains on food, double the number of last year, focusing on the milk, cakes, aquatic products going-bad, out of expiry date. It also received 3 appeals on refusing making out receipts.
