the alteration of foreign funds
the application procedure:(alteration)
the following files must be needed while alteration registration:
1.the agreement letter of the board committe(the original one)
2.<the application form of foreign-funded enterprise's alteration registration>signed by the artificial person representative
3.the approval file of government office and the approval certificate copy (the original one)(except for the alteration of board committe and none manufacture site)
4.business licence and its copy (the original one)
5.the revised contract and rules files(the original one)(except for alteration of address and board committe)
All mentioned above is only for the alteration of company name,the time extension of the business,business scope,the increase of the registration capital.If you want to alterate other things,you must offer the following files:
(1).the alteration of the home adress:you must offer the copy file of the usage of your home
(2).the alteration of the shareholding:the agreement letter of share transfer,the opening prove of new investor and Reference letter of banking credibility.If you want to transfer the state owned property,you must offer the approval file of the state owned property assessment department.(the original one)
(3).Reducing the registration capital:it must offer 3 announcements by the company(the announcements must be published in provincial or municipal newspaper or magazine)(the original one)
(4).If your enterprise want to alter the board committe member,artificial person representative,you must offer the original file of the position change and valid copies of ID
(5).The time extension of business:the reference letter of banking credibility and funds input is nessary(if concerning the precheck ,you must offer relative permissions)
(6).If your company transfer your business location from one region to another,you must offer the approvement letters by two regional authorities and the workshop usage files.
(7).If your firm get the licence again,you must offer an examining letter signed by artificial person representative so as to specific the law responsibility and the announcement published on provincial newspepar (the original one)
(8).the alteration of the investor's name: you must offer the legitimate opening prove of your new investor.(the copy one)
(9)the alteration of the firm:
the following files are needed of foreign investment:
1)Balance sheet(the original one)
2)The reference letter of legitimate department show that the registration capital is finished inputting.(the original one)
3)the letter show that your firm is in good reputation,no breaking the law records(the original one)
4)the finished tax letter of owned enterprise income tax offered by the tax authority(the original one)

1.the agreement letter of the board committe
2.<the cancellation application form of the foreign-funded enterpirse>signed by the artificial person representative
3.the comments letter of the firm cancellation by the authority department(except for the business operation time over)(the copy one)
4.the finished tax reference letter offered by the tax authority(the original one)
5.the finished tax reference letter offered by the custom authority(the original one)
6.the property assessment report accepted by the board committe includes:the auditing report offered by the accouting law organization.
7.the business licence and its copies of the enterprise artificial person(the original one),IC card,the company's seal
the file sheet of the foreign funded enterprises'cancellation:
1.application reports(2 copies)
2.<the cancellation application form of the foreign-funded enterpirse> offered by the SAIC (2 copies)
3.the agreement letter of the enterprise's cancellation by the board committe(2original ones,1 copy)
4.<the certificate of approvement>the offical one and the copy one (the original one)
5.the announcement material published on the municipal newspaper (2origianl ones 1copy)
6. the finished tax reference letter by the tax authority(1 original,1copy)
7.the finished tax reference letter by the custom authority(1 original,1copy)
8.The property assessment procedure,rules and the candidates of the assessment confirmed by the board committe.(2original ones,1copy)
9.the report and files confirmed by the board committe that concerns about the condition of the firm's debt and property.
10.the business licence of the firm's artificial person (1 original one ,1copy)
11.the information card of the enterprise of the SAIC(LC card)
12.company's seal
13.agency the enterprise registration information form
